Dee is also a life coach and works with a portfolio of private clients offering a 12 months program that takes each client on a physically challenging and spiritually rewarding journey.
Dee created her own method called YMD, Yoga Movement Diversity, which draws on the classical asanas and strong elements of callisthenics, Animal flow and dance movements whilst teaching the Yoga tradition with integrity to its roots.
Dee's Yoga practice is playful with a strong focus on body mechanics, she believes that proper alignment can (and will) get her students into the most challenging and gravity defying poses.
Dee's yoga is described by her students as “street style" with a strong focus on playfulness and fluid movement. Sequenced like a dance, her classes weave Yoga poses with the breath and are sprinkled with inversions and arm balances. Dee’s focus is on safety and alignment, the breath, mobility drills and an understanding of body biomechanics.
Dee currently hosts Yoga workshops and retreats worldwide and is a public speaker at Yoga and lifestyle conferences.
Dee, also known as DeeMoi, inspires 63,000 Instagram followers daily through her words, her Yoga practice and her strong focus on living a mindful and authentic life. Dee uses her personal life experiences, the trials and tribulations of navigating her often complicated world, to help others and empower people to rise above the pattern of negative thinking and take charge of their own happiness and their own lives.
Dee is also a Blogger and writer and is in the process of self-publishing a book titled "living life on your own terms", with the help of Martin Lewis Design agency.

Fu*k it workshop...
In-versions of inversions...
What if a three-hour yoga workshop can be about a badass Yoga practise AND becoming comfortable with the "Fu*k it" practise for healing all that bullshit you've been carrying around for ages...you know the type: a shitty ex, a childhood trauma, a friend's betrayal, low confidence, sadness, loss, you name it...
This workshop isn't about hugging each other while affirming that we all unicorns! this is about a challenging physical practise intercepted with mindful exercises to help us become grounded in the practise of getting real, accepting and committing to the reality as it is and finding power in all the weak places away from the illusions and the bullshit...
From a Yoga Asana perspective, this workshop is for those new to arm balances and inversions and those who already practise them and wish to learn new techniques...
I aim to teach you that arm balances aren't just about strong arms but more about learning to shift your weight, using your legs and pelvis and learning to engage your core so that your arms, while holding you, hold less of your body weight.
From a "Fu*k it" practise perspective, I aim to help you marry physical strength with emotional strength and take a giant leap towards creating healthy and fulfilling habits...
Places are limited (we like the class to be spacious and plenty of room to play).
This is an open level workshop, everyone is welcome, even your granny ;) (provided she has done some yoga before) ...
My handstand journey has been a long winding road fraught with many falls and disappointments uncharacteristic of a Yogi. After all, we are encouraged in Yoga to detach ourselves from the outcome of our practise and the need to perfect an asana, and to enjoy the journey instead...and this ought to stand true for our daily practise. But wouldn't it be nice to work with inversions from an anatomical and gymnastics point of view for once? To learn about the muscles, we need to fire up to hold us upside down and learn drills we can do at home to strengthen our body in all the right places?
My journey with handstands took me from a dedicated Yoga practise to the gymnastics Halls of London, so intrigued I was about holding my inversions.
I have learned a lot and had to unlearn many of the things I thought I knew. I would love to take you on a three-hour journey with me to teach you what I have learned and transfer onto you the "a-ha" moments I have experienced which have helped me make progress on the path of inversions.
Come fly with me and expect plenty of fun and giggles, a short 30 mins vinyasa flow to fire up the core and warm up the wrists, and so many ways to go upside down that there bound to be one which is perfect for you.
