Nicole is the founder of Soul & Yoga and the director of the International Teacher Training Academy.
She came to yoga early in her life and has been teaching yoga for over 11 years now. In 2009 she travelled and lived in India for 3 years to deepen her yoga and meditation skills and learn more about herself.
In her classes she is able to bridge between the Eastern and Western traditions in a modern way. She was fortunate and is very grateful to study with many great teachers as Gurmukh Kaur Khalsa, Seane Corn and many more.
Nicole believes that we all have an individual potential inside of us and that we can find and strengthen it through the joyful and transformational path yoga takes you on.
She also writes and produces her Yoga and Mindful Living blog “Soul & Spirits“ where she is trying to make a smaller or bigger contribution to a more loving and more mindful world every day.

Living from the Heart
Ayurvedic Yin & Yang Flow
Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan is called the „Yoga of Experience“ and it incorporates movement, dynamic breathing techniques, meditation, and the chanting of Mantras.
In this workshop we will quieten the mind and tune back into the energy field of our heart centre. We will use the profound techniques of Kundalini meditations to achieve the state of „Shaniya“ a state described of elevated consciousness with a complete stillness of the ego. While in our modern world our mind can become very busy and loud and instead of tuning into our calling we tune out and feel overwhelmed.
In this workshop we break free and find back into our hearts and our true calling.
This workshop will be a total dive into the calling of your heart and a complete experience of your heart centre energy.
"Let Go“ and "Let God“!
All Levels welcome
Ayurveda is often called the big sister of Yoga as both systems have the same roots and "balance“ as a profound part at their core to reach a state of health, bliss and oneness.
In the first part of this workshop we will look at the basic universal principles of the ayurvedic system and how we can apply them in our daily lives to live a more balanced and healthy lifestyle. We will also perform a self-analysis on your individual praktriti -your unique constellation or also called he „doshas“ (Vata, Pita, Kapha) in Ayurveda.
In the second part we will bring these principles in action and flow through a dosha-balancing vinyasa-based class in a yang and yin format.
We will learn about and experience the 5 elements in our yoga practice and understand how we can use them to balance our bodies and our mind.
The first part of the practice will be more dynamic (Yang) and the second part more relaxing and nourishing (Yin). After the practice you will feel more energized and relaxed.
